In 2021, local entrepreneur Kayla Henshaw took the reins as the proud new owner of Eden’s Kitchen. Driven by a deep love for the community and a passion for preserving the legacy of this beloved local business, Kayla brought a fresh energy and vision to the kitchen while staying true to the historic roots that our loyal customers know and love. As our community grew, so did we! In the Spring of 2026, we were thrilled to open the doors to our brand-new location right on historic Main Street. This move has allowed us to expand our offerings, welcome even more friendly faces, and plant our roots firmly in the bustling center of downtown Pendleton.
